5. Use of Google Ads

By using our services, you agree to comply with Google Ads policies. Shopstarter360 is not liable for ad rejections, account suspensions, or policy enforcement by Google.

6. Intellectual Property

All campaign materials and creative assets produced by Shopstarter360 remain the property of Shopstarter360 until full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shopstarter360 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data arising from the use of our services.

8. Service Results

While we strive to achieve the best outcomes, we do not guarantee specific results such as rankings, sales, or click-through rates due to the nature of digital advertising.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Any outstanding fees for work completed up to the termination date will remain payable.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
