Return & Refund Policy 

At Shopstarter360, we strive to deliver high-quality marketing services that meet your business goals. Since our services are subscription-based, we operate under a clear and fair return and refund policy.

1. No Returns – Service-Based Business

Please note that Shopstarter360 provides digital marketing services (such as Google Ads management), not physical products. As such, we do not offer returns.

2. Subscription Terms

Our services run on a monthly subscription basis. You will be billed in advance for each month’s services.

3. Cancellation & Notice Period

If you wish to cancel your subscription, a minimum of one calendar month’s written notice is required.

  • Example: If you notify us on 15 May, your subscription will end on 30 June.

  • All services and billing will continue until the end of the notice period.

4. Refund Policy

Because our work involves planning, setup, and ongoing management, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Any services already rendered

  • Partial months of service after the billing cycle begins

  • Unused campaign budgets or time

Exceptions may be made in extraordinary circumstances at our discretion.

5. Disputes & Questions

If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
